Cacao Ceremony

Cacao is an ancient plant that was used for ritual ceremonies by the Mayas, Aztecs and Incas. For a long time, cacao was more valuable than gold and the beans were used as a currency.

This medicinal plant has a gentle yet very potent effect.

With the cacao plant, you connect straight to your heart and your inner wisdom. You open yourself up to the messages of your inner self, reactivate your compass and allow the voice of your intuition to grow louder again.

Over the last few years, I have developed my own " style " of Cacao Journey.

I incorporate intuitive writing, embodiment exercises or pranayama (breathing techniques from yoga). I create a calm ceremony and use appropriate music to accompany it. You explore your inner world in "silence" and embark on an Inner Journey.

It is important that you enter this Cacao Journey free of expectations and results!

I am being led by my Spirit Team and prepare the evening with the group energy. In this co-creation, I will select a theme and an intention that will guide us throughout the evening.

Depending on what emerges and what the group requires, I also add a subtle plant to the raw cacao, e.g. rose flowers or blue lotus.

Each medicinal plant has its own properties and quality and complements the raw cacao wonderfully. The relaxing and calming effect of lotus or the heart-opening and strengthening effect for more self-acceptance and self-love of Lady Rose add a unique character to the ceremony. This individuality enables deep insights and enhances the spiritual experience.
